Who sells

UK buyers buy from Benjamin Sadler, trading as MadeByFizz, . Email ben@madebyfizz.com.

Buyers outside the UK buy through Onelink, our payment partner. Onelink acts as the seller for that order, takes the payment and handles the tax. Its own terms show at checkout and apply to that sale.

Prices and tax

Every price is in pounds and already includes any tax. Nothing is added at checkout. UK sales carry no VAT because the seller is not VAT registered. Outside the UK, any tax due comes out of the price shown. Your bank may charge its own fee to convert the currency.

Your files

You get digital files straight after payment, on screen and by email. Download links work for 30 days. If a link runs out, email us and we will send a new one.

Some kits need a Claude plan, and each slot says which. Updates to a kit you own are free for as long as the machine runs. The Whole Machine includes every kit added later, for as long as the machine runs.

Cancelling and refunds

You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund, for any reason. Reply to your receipt email or write to ben@madebyfizz.com.

The law gives you 14 days to cancel most online orders. For digital files, that right ends once you ask for delivery now and download them. Our refund still stands after you download.

A refund ends your access to the files and cancels any upgrade credit. Nothing here affects your legal rights, including your right to digital content that works as described.

Licence

Use the files in your own business and change them as you like. What you make with them is yours. Please do not resell them, share them or pass them off as your own product. Each file is marked with the buyer's details.

Terms of sale

Privacy

The seller named above is responsible for your data on UK orders and on the email list. On orders through Onelink, Onelink is also responsible for the payment data it collects.

What we hold. Your email, your name and billing country from checkout, what you bought, your email choices, and the country your connection comes from, which picks your checkout route.

Why. To deliver what you bought and keep tax records, which our contract and the law allow. To send the marketing emails you agreed to, or that UK law allows after a sale. You can say no at checkout, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who helps. Stripe and Onelink take payments. Resend sends the emails. Vercel hosts the site. Some of them work outside the UK, under the safeguards data protection law requires.

How long. Order records for six years for tax. Email details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Email ben@madebyfizz.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies. The machine sets no tracking cookies. Stripe uses the cookies it needs to keep payments safe.
